Job Description
You will be part of a dynamic team as a Customer Support Chat Support Executive for an international process based in Jaipur. As an ideal candidate, you should be either an Undergraduate or Graduate with exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer complaints effectively by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and ensuring follow-up to guarantee resolution.

Qualification Required:
- Educational qualification of Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred
- Prior experience of 1 year in total work and customer service preferred addition to a competitive salary of up to 35K CTC, you will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule will involve night shifts and rotational shifts. Candidates from all over India are welcome to apply for this full-time position suitable for freshers.
