We have vacant 10 BPO Analyst Jobs in Surat, Gujarat, | Experience Required: Min 2 Years | Educational Qualification: Professional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma | Skill Customer Relationship, Microsoft Office, MS CRM, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Should be willing to work Day Shifts.
• We are hiring for the role of Quality Analyst for the Domestic voice process. ( Inbound voice to be preferred).
• Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a QA in BPO.
• To identify the training/coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.
• To give need-based coaching and feedback inputs to the process floors, and undertake quality-based floor initiatives, resulting in continuous improvement in performance and quality.
• Coaching the agents according to the observations made while monitoring.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Candidate Should have experience as Quality Analyst in a BPO voice process
• Quality Experience on papers is mandatory.
• Experience in the BPO industry is mandatory
