Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential or existing clients over the phone, promoting our products or services, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial for generating leads, gathering customer feedback, and supporting the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services or schedule appointments.
• Respond to inbound calls, answer queries, and provide detailed product/service information.
• Identify and understand customer needs to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Maintain a polite and friendly tone, ensuring positive customer interaction.
• Update and manage customer databases with relevant information from calls.
• Record feedback, complaints, and other customer interactions for continuous improvement.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the team.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or marketing are a plus.
• Previous experience as a Telecaller, Call Center Agent, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in [language(s)].
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain patient and persistent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
