Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services or schedule appointments.
• Respond to inbound calls, answer queries, and provide detailed product/service information.
• Identify and understand customer needs to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Maintain a polite and friendly tone, ensuring positive customer interaction.
• Update and manage customer databases with relevant information from calls.
• Record feedback, complaints, and other customer interactions for continuous improvement.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the team.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or marketing are a plus.
• Previous experience as a Telecaller, Call Center Agent, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in [language(s)].
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain patient and persistent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
