Job Title: BPO Executive
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled BPO Executive to join our team. As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and resolving customer complaints or issues.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance targets and goals
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
