Location: Work from Home / Onsite (Based on Hiring Location)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Rotational Shifts

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Job Summary:

We are hiring BPO Call Center Associates for a dynamic voice process in Hindi and English. This is an excellent opportunity for 12th pass candidates looking to start or grow their career in customer service. You'll be assisting customers with queries, complaints, and service requests over voice calls in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Hindi and English
• Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or complaints
• Ensure accurate documentation of each interaction
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
• Follow company call handling procedures and compliance policies
• Meet daily and monthly performance metrics

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Hindi and English communication (verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, call handling systems)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)
• Age: 18 years and above
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Must have a smartphone/laptop and stable internet (for WFH roles)
