QUALIFICATION: Graduate.
EXP: 1 year or more from any BPO as a CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AGE LIMIT: less than 28 years.
PREFERRED LANGUAGE: Very good fluency in ENGLISH and HINDI.
SHIFT: Day shift with rotational week off.
SALARY: between 3.7 to 4.2LPA CTC.
MODE OF INTERVIEW: F2F.
LOCATION: Whitefield, Bangalore.
SKILLS: Good communication, confidence level.
PROCESS: Domestic Inbound process for Automobile.
JOB ROLE: resolving the queries of the customers.
