Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BPO Caller to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database.
• Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Initiate engaging conversations to understand client needs and pain points.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
• Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on all interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead generation activities.
• Continuously improve calling scripts and techniques based on feedback and results.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven track record of success in lead generation or outbound calling is highly preferred.
Experience : Freshers Required
Skills:
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Should be proficient in cold calling fully.
• Should have excellent communication and english speaking skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,500.00 per month
