Role And Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance in resolving their queries and issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistent customer service
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team member
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets
Candidate Qualifications
• Intermediate qualification
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English languages
