• Configuration of new plan templates and/or Provider contracts in the client system
• Installation and maintenance of new plans for new accounts
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of configuration to meet or exceed client SLA
• Processing daily volume of plan installatiosns or and provider contracts
• Organizing and completifng tasks per assigned prioirities
• Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines
