In this Role you will be responsible for:
• Configuration of new benefits in the client system
• Installation of Groups
• Maintenance of Benefit Plans
• Ensureing accurate and timely completion of configuration
• Processing of daily volume of groups installations and maintenance
• Organizaing and completing tasks per assigned priorities
• Developing and maintaining working knowledge of healthecare insurance industry
• Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines
• Provide alternative solutions for issues reported.
