White Horse is hiring people for Voice process for Bangaloreand Pune. For nearly 15 BPO'sInterviews will be happening in Bangalore or telephonic fromyour Location out of Bangalore.Please find the details and attend the interviews.We have Huge Openings for International Companies like

· Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

· Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

· Candidate should have 0-5 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

· Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.

· Should be open to work in Night shifts in BPO/ Call Center/ Call Centre

· Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries

· Should be open to work in Night shifts

· Excellent Soft Skills

· Hardware/ networking/ Laptop/ desktop/ OS/ VPO/ Blackberry /or System, Product, Process Knowledge

· Process Expert - Knowledge & Delivery in BPO/ Call Center/ Call Centre

· Identify process level gaps & analyze root cause of complaints

· Candidate should have 0-5 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

· Regularly updating training modules

· Should be open to work in Night shifts.
