- Handle customer queries via voice calls, emails, or chat for international clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle international customers with professionalism and empathy
- Good listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work from the office in Jaipur
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Immediate joiners are preferred. Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream across PAN India are encouraged to apply, especially freshers with excellent English communication skills.
The company offers an attractive salary of 27,000 - 35,000 per month, along with a relocation bonus for outstation candidates. Upon relocation, 14 days of hotel accommodation is provided. You can also expect growth opportunities, skill development, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
