Its a multinational telecommunications holding company headquartered in London.
It is the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband and mobile services in the UK, and also provides subscription television and IT services.
Job Title:
Customer Support Advisor - (voice)
Work from Office
Candidate should have minimum 6months and above months experience in customer service voice role.
Requirements
Candidate should have,
• Good Communication skills.
• Handling customer over the calls which involves working in different time zones.
• Communicate from Global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Good technical knowledge.
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in Customer Service voice process.
Shift:
Rotational
Week Off: 2 days rotational week off
