Job Role and Responsibility :
• Communicating & Solving the Customer queries / requests / complaints.
• 5 days working (rotational 2 days week off)
• Shift : Night rotational shifts (US process)
Requirements
Qualification :
Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate / Fresher / Experienced can Apply
• Willingness to work in voice process.
• Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
• Comfortable to work in night shifts.
• Candidates should have PC / Laptop with active internet connection at their home.
