Job Description
Manage healthcare payer BPO operations delivery - focused on Claims/ Provider Data management, or Enrollment and Billing (Membership and Premium Services)
Manage operational metrics, quality, SLA performance
Responsible for people performance management including hiring decisions
Manage financial performance.
Responsible for managing team/ people performance
Meet SLA/ Quality goals and continuous performance improvement
Manage overall delivery, issue escalation management
Responsible for driving process improvements and efficiency by implementing lean, six sigma, and automation.
Ensure adherence with applicable NTT as well as Customer driven training/ compliance/ regulatory requirements
Requirements
20+ years' total experience, 10+ managing healthcare payer BPO operations delivery.
Extensive experience/ knowledge of Claims/ Provider Data management, or Enrollment and Billing (Membership and Premium Services)
Experience across one or more of these LoBs/ Health plans - Individual, Small/ Large Group, Federal Marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid
Experience in driving automation
Open to work in night shifts (US Eastern hours)
Graduate/ MBA degree
Six Sigma green/ black belt highly desirable
Solid communication skills.
Demonstrated client service skills and leadership capabilities.
Good knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.
