5 days working and 2 days off
us shift [ night shift ]
2-way cab within 20km
qualification required - ug / any graduations
salary - starts from 25k to 35k ctc with incentives, 3.0 to 4.0 lpa
excellent communication in english is mandatory
position research associate quantitative research
experience : 1+ Year in international outbound or inbound calling
education: Any graduate/under-graduate (minimum 12th pass)
location : bangalore mg road
broad responsibilities :
• recruiting healthcare professionals to participate in online mr surveys as well as for panel
• recruitment.
• coordinate with project owners, provide daily updates and consistently deliver as per the set
• targets and timelines for each data collection project.
• cold calling and lead generation.
• follow-up and reminder calls.
• build and maintain a good rapport with respondents.
• online mining and desk research.
pre - requisites for the role :
• very good cold-caller with strong convincing and soft skills. soft skill-trained resources from
• sales processes are preferred.
• should be willing to work in a target-orientated environment with stringent timelines. Must have
• the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently based on targets & timelines.
• neutral accent with no mti /local influence.
• experience in lead generation and awareness of standard rebuttals to pass the gatekeepers.
• proactive & spontaneous thinker who can change the pitch of the call to achieve results.
• ability to mine contact information from free online sources.
• should have the ability to comprehend survey screener logic.
• proficient in using ms excel & word.
• good interpersonal skills.
