Job Role:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Qualification:
• 12th /Any Graduate
Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in BPO.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years
Shift Timing:
• Male
• 247 shift (Any + hours)
Female - Morning 6.00 to 11.00 pm (Any + hours)
Salary :
Best as per industry
This is a 24/7 support
Five-day working with
Two days rotational off.
