BPO Executive

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated BPO Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various business processes outsourced to a BPO service provider. The BPO Executive will work closely with clients and the BPO service provider to ensure that outsourcing projects are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and adhere to the company's quality standards.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to identify their outsourcing needs and develop a project plan that meets those needs.Communicate with the BPO service provider to ensure that the outsourcing project is executed as per the client's requirements.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs),and report project status to the client.Ensure that the BPO service provider adheres to the agreed-upon quality standards and resolve any issues or escalations that may arise during the project.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and finance teams, to ensure that the outsourcing project is integrated with the company's systems and processes.Manage and train a team of BPO professionals to ensure that they meet the client's requirements and deliver high-quality work.Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve project performance.Requirements:Strong project management and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Experience in managing and training a team of BPO professionals.Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
