Job Description
We are looking for a BPO Executive for our banking proceses. You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries over the phone on a day -to-day bases providing efficient service, providing them with relevant products and service information and cross-selling various banking products to the customers over the phone.
Responsibilities & Role:
• Handling and resolving customer queries over phone
• Providing customers with relevant product and service information
• Cross-selling various banking products to customers over phone
Key skills:
• Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
• Basic computer knowledge
Experience:
• Graduates with 0 - 4 years of Experience and good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹13,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
