We are looking for a BPO Executive who is passionate about this role.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to-
• Make calls to customer who have signed up for free 1-hour coding class on the website
• Do lead qualification by asking them if they will attend the class
• Handle outbound calls
• Can be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
• Update systems
• To be successful in this role, you must have -
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong closing skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• salary: upto 3LPA including incentives
• Location: Bangalore
