Ticket Creation / Categorization / Prioritization
Incident resolution and recovery
Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
Receiving and making end user calls
Provide first level resolutions
Qualification Required
Good written & Verbal communication
Interested to work in voice Process (BPO)
Any graduates
Basic computer knowledge
Flexible to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts
Ready to work from Office
