Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs. Required Skills:- Basic computer knowledge Excellent communication skills Qualification: - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experince in BPO. Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years Shift Timing: - Male- 247 shift (Any + hours) Female - Morning 6.00 to 11.00 pm (Any + hours) Salary : 1year-2years (3.7LPA take home up to 25k) Above 2years (4.0+LPA take home up to 27k) This is a 24/7 support mostly evening and night shifts Five-day working with Two days rotational offUnderGraduate and above Good communication skills.Good to have Hardware KnowledgeGood to have software knowledgeAbility to handle irate customers Solve technical queries A team player Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues -Display Ownership and accountability -Quickly build trust and confidence with customer -Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically -Excellent comprehension and articulation skills -Excellent communication skills written -knowledge about Computer OS -Knowledge on basic trouble shooting -Knowledge on Software Install/ Uninstall -Knowledge on computer basic hardware like RAM, CPU, MONITOR etc.., Qualification: UnderGraduate and above Skills Required: Contact: JOBSHOP ++6408XXXXXX
