BPO Executive

• The candidate will be a part of the customer experience team

• The candidate will be communicating with the user through calls,e-mails,and other modes of communication.

• will be responsible for handling users queries effectively proactive approach in taking a real time decision and retaining the user through rapport building need to create a regular connection with the user.

• will have to work in alignment with company growth. Need to demonstrate excellent time management skills to do multiple tasks at a time.

• Multiligual: Hindi or English(must) and 2 south indian

• Languages (Telugu,English,kannada)

• Location: panchkula,haryana

• Experience: freshers or Experienced

• skill: knowledge of the voice process

• should have basic knowledge of Rummy.

• Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel, word,PPT)

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
