Graduated candidates with BE, B tech, M tech or Diploma with Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Candidates are shortlisted basis their proficiency in their English language and knowledge on subject matter for USA inbound Electrical Process. A candidate needs to be confident in handling USA English speaking customer empathize and try to solve their problems.
Written test with at least 120 words within 120 seconds on a random question or random topic related to Electrical or Electronics subjects along with the Audio or Voice Screening to check Voice Accent (required USA Accent).
Responsibilities: International Inbound Calling Executives
• Handle inbound international calls for USA electrical process and solve customer concerns and queries with a USA accent
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
• Resolving queries and issues related to the electrical products and services
• Maintaining the monthly quality parameters with efficiency in handling voice calls and document achievement report
• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
• Result Oriented Individual Who Understand About Customer Support & Resolve complaints
