In this role, your primary objective will be to maintain exemplary performance standards by effectively engaging potential clients. Your responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting our services, and helping them get more conversions. We expect you to consistently meet or surpass conversion targets while ensuring top-notch customer service and satisfaction.Position Title: BPO Executives (International Voice) Shift timings: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur. Compensation: Up to 20,000 INR Cash in Hand + Monthly Variables up to 30,000 INR. Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday/Sunday Off). Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your understanding of our products. Experience: Freshers to 2 Years.Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations to discern their requirements. Present our services persuasively to potential clients. Provide accurate information and address customer inquiries regarding our offerings features, pricing, and benefits. Overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate desired actions. Maintain thorough knowledge of our services to effectively highlight their value propositions and competitive advantages. Adhere to scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and impactful interactions with potential clients. Achieve or surpass assigned conversion targets and sales goals. Accurately record customer details, interactions, and information in the CRM system database.Required Skills: Proficiency in spoken English. Active listening skills and ability to discern customer needs. Results-driven mindset with a determination to meet or exceed conversion expectations.
