Job Description
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs, preparation of SOPs/Process transitions and get signoff. Excellent documentation skills.
• Apply financial domain knowledge (e.g. AP/AR, Fixed Asset, AP Helpdesk, Cash Apps, Balancing, BRS, Fund transfer, Return Cheque etc.), theoretical concepts to undertake problem solving, Add, delete modify, test/live data in systems based on client source files based on moderately complex to complex business rules significant portion of time still spent on performing work of the team.
• Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills to complex activities and issues.
• Act as SME, interacts with onshore counterparts clarify/bridge the knowledge gap in the process raised by the offshore team, prepare an End to End Process flow to maintain process stability.
• Engage/Act/Execute a plan for new transition, successfully take it to Live with process and Procedure
