Job Description
As a BPO Floor Performance Manager reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shift activities for a team of 20 to 30 associates. This includes ensuring on-time attendance, access to training, time management and overall shift productivity. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in performance management for teams of 10 to 20 and be familiar with resource management practices. The BPO Floor Performance Manager will be expected to:
Work with Sr. Operations Managers to ensure productivity goals
Work with the Head of HR to ensure attendance standards
Work with Trainers and Team Leaders to facilitate the answering of real-time questions
Work with the Desktop Support Manager to resolve systems issues
Actively engage with employees, on a daily basis, on performance management while providing guidance and support to senior management
Use performance management systems to ensure employee performance and on-time attendance
Maintain a hands-on approach to monitor productivity levels and provide support as needed, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within the organization.
Candidates for this role must have:
2+ years of resource management experience supporting a team of 30+, preferably within a BPO organization.
Strong decision-making abilities in navigating challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams , management and corporate stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as well as the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies while being proficient with basic computer and software applications.
The full-time ability to work from our Cybercity office (no work from home).
