Managing P&L Provide strategic transition planning from Analog to Digital Contact Center Lead and manage a team responsible for the overall direction and performance of the teams Should have driven process excellence projects Assistance in Selection of Technology Partner for Call centre application with Omni Channel Architecture Implement the Omni Channel framework in existing customers of WBSPL Assist in Go To Market Strategy for Contact Centre business Set the Strategy for the development of across the customer experience, drive change and influence future change/projects to support & achieve improvements in the customer experience
