Job Description : Position: BPO HeadReporting : CEOLevel: Leadership Location: MumbaiYear of experience: Any Graduate/PG Degree having 15+ years of work experience and currently working in an BPO Roles and Responsibilities: • Managing their PAN India operations for Customers. • Managing P&L • Provide strategic transition planning â€' from Analog to Digital Contact Center • Lead and manage a team responsible for the overall direction and performance of the teams • Should have driven process excellence projects • Assistance in Selection of Technology Partner for Call centre application with Omni Channel Architecture • Implement the Omni Channel framework in existing customers of WBSPL • Assist in Go To Market Strategy for Contact Centre business • Set the Strategy for the development of across the customer experience, drive change and influence future change/projects to support & achieve improvements in the customer experience
