Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats from customers.
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive service experience.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work from office (Thane, Airoli & Malad).
