Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role – Provide technical assistance and contribute to the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Determine and develop user requirements for production systems to ensure maximum usability or increase apps stickiness.
Own relationship clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, customer satisfaction, email, live chat, or calls,, effective FAQ page, Investigating problems, determining solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of SaaS Customer Success experience is preferred for experienced candidates.
Notice period: 15 days or less.
Flexible with Chat, calls & Emails.
