Job Description
1. Work Location: Malad/Vikhroli/Tardeo/Thane, all in Mumbai.
2. Salary: 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 (17,000.00 to 27,000.00 in hand) depending on relevant Experience & English Communication, i.e. verbal & writing skills.
3. Requirement details: We need about 150 Good English speaking candidate for our BPO clients in Mumbai for customer service process.
4. Process Details: Backoffice/Inbound customer service process/ Outbound Sales/ Advisory/ US Collections. (Will send JD’s in Details).
5. Criteria: All candidates should be minimum Graduate fresher or 12th pass with 6 months of work experience, Should be able to speak fluent English, Should have a photo ID and Address proof, Should be willing to relocate to Mumbai on or before the joining date.
7. Interview Process: There will be 3 to 6 interview rounds varying from client to client. First will be screening round which will always be from JOBERA.IN , Second round will be with the company HR & Third round will be with the Operations head. All the three rounds will be conducted at Kolkata at a mutually agreed venue. A Letter of Intent (LOI) will be issued to the candidates who are selected immediately after the interview. Upon their arrival to Mumbai and submitting the documents, they will be issued an Offer Letter.
