Location: Infopark,Kochi
Experience: 1–3 years in BPO Telesales/Lead Generation/Appointment Booking (International market experience preferred) with Excellent communication skills
BPO experience with international sales pitching mandatory
Qualification: Graduation in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred)
Salary: Rs.20000-Rs.28000+ Incentives
Responsibilities
• Make outbound B2B calls to decision-makers in the International market.
• Build rapport and engage with potential clients to identify and understand their business needs.
• Present and pitch company solutions, emphasizing business value and ROI.
• Collect accurate client details and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
• Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
• Book qualified meetings/appointments for the senior sales team or account managers.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and continuously improve sales strategies.
Requirements
• Prior experience in B2B telesales/lead generation/appointment booking (international market exposure preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
