Roles and Responsibilities:● Candidate will be entitled with Online Leads of Interested customers.● Candidate will have to make call to Interested customers● Explain the product details/offers/benefits to the customers● Convert interested customers into sale & guide to make online payment or visit● Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.● Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs. Candidate Profile:● Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing Bachelors.
