Job Title: International voice support role (US healthcare process)
Work Location: Pune Kalyani Nagar,

Mode : Work From Office
Shift: Rotational Shift
Week Off: 2 days Rotational Week Off
Requirements
Eligibility :Qualification: Any Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
• Undergraduate candidates only with 1yr and above exp candidates in customer service can apply.
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

• Inbound Calls Solving Customer Queries

Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
Salary Up-to : Fresher 25K CTC
Exp Upto 40K CTC (hike on last CTC)
