Role And Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance in resolving their queries and issues
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistent customer service
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team member
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets
Candidate Qualifications
Intermediate qualification
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English languages
