Conducting Call audits in English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil & Malayalam and giving feedbacks to the Inbound Agents. Participating in certification programs & refreshers. Participating in client presentations & demonstrating Quality audit Scores. Responsible for Quality scores, Audit & feedback.
Required Candidate profile
Any Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Quality & Training in Call center in Inbound process. Must be able to handle Call audits & thorough knowledge of all quality audit parameters must. Multilingual (any one language) Must.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
