Full Job Description

Managing an average team size of 20 members.Supervise assigned team members and ensure client deliverables are met within the established timelines.Responsible for ensuring productivity targets (Daily/ Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) are achieve.

To manage the day to – day operations with a team of agents and meet the required service levels, quality and productivityAttrition and shrinkage management. Maintaining SLA target on a monthly basis to achieve desired KPI s including absenteeism and attrition within the team.Prepare schedules for the teams and ensure attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
