Customer Support Associate
Job Summary:
Dtale Modern is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer enquiries and complaints, and providing support to our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns and refunds
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive sales
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for Resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Continuously update and maintain knowledge of our products, services,and policies
Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or related field (salary to increase with experience)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
5. Familiarity with customer support software and tools
6. Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus
