Job Description:
We are currently hiring for BPO Non Voice Process positions across various locations in India. As a BPO Non Voice Process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing them with accurate information. You will be required to communicate with customers through email or chat support, ensuring timely resolution of their issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer queries through email or chat support
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintaining customer records and updating them as required
• Collaborating with team members to achieve team targets
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to team goals
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Qualifications:
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a BPO Non Voice Process role is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
