Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as BPO Non Voice Process executives. As a BPO Non Voice Process executive, you will be responsible for handling various non-voice customer service tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via email or chat support
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
