Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits, and ensuring resolution through effective follow-up. Your role will involve dealing with customer issues and delivering easy-to-follow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure complaint resolution
Qualifications Required:
- Undergraduate/ Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Please note that the job location is in Jaipur. This position prefers candidates with 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of customer service experience. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred, while proficiency in English is required.
