As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time limits. Your role will involve following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, to effectively communicate with customers. The job location for this position is in Jaipur, and candidates from across PAN India are welcome to apply.
The ideal candidate for this role should be an Undergraduate or Graduate with the ability to deal with customer issues and provide easy-to-follow solutions. The salary offered for this position can go up to 35 K CTC.
This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The job may require working night shifts or rotational shifts. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred for this role.
Prior work experience of 1 year in total and specifically in customer service is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred while fluency in English is required for this role.
