Roles and Responsibilities
He / She will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and sustain urgency, and a proven ability to lead large cross-functional projects including communication across all levels and teams in the organization.
Experience in handling a team of 3-4 members.
Responsible for Store management, Inventory management and manpower management.
Lead operations across retailer and customer care and logistics, leveraging best practices to enable a business to achieve scale and efficiency targets while enhancing the experience; overseeing relationship building with our clients (online and field-based).
Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
Experience in customer service is required.
To implement and manage operational plans.
