Team Lead Operations

Trainer
3. AM
Requirements:
Graduate
Minimum of 2years experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirement for CSR & TSR
HR Screening/Typing Test/Ops round (On teams)
-Qualification - Mix of Grad & Under Grad
Exp-Minimum of 1 year of Contact centre experience(Preferably telecom domain/Infosys & Tec Mahindra)
-Strong typing and oral communication skills(Equivalent to US Versant cut off 58-68)
-2 consecutive offs
Location:
- Bangalore (Whitefield).
Note - Work form office only.
