Location: Pune
Experience and skills required:
· Min 16 years’ experience in managing BPO operations – Diversity – Women Talents
· Mandatory experience in Finance task (Invoicing, Forecasting, Budgeting)
· Having hands-on experience on the following is a must: Candidate should have worked in a Financial Services Organization / Project.
· Knowledge across Registered Investment Advisor business and various processes like Reconciliations, Billing, portfolio valuation will be an added advantage.
· Candidate should have managed multiple External and Internal audits in the current role.
· Exposure in Capital Markets and Wealth Management clients. Worked with the Backoffice / Mid-office environment
· Strong QA and Audit Management skills
· Should have managed the above businesses directly in the current or past roles
· Candidate should have experience managing US / UK Clients.
· Candidates should have capability of managing large span between 300-500 Headcount
· Candidate should have excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal) and should be able to work collaboratively with all the internal and external stakeholder
· Candidate should have managed direct client interactions in his previous role.
Skills required:
· Strong people management and client relationship management skills
· Excellent communication skills – written & spoken
· Deep Understanding of Operational and Financial Risks.
· Ability to think out of the box and liaison with multiple stakeholders
· Ability to set expectations with clients and internal stakeholders
· Adept at taking quick decisions by reviewing real-time situations
· Good Presentation skills
· Excellent MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
