Description

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 - 10 years of experience in a Domestic BPO handling a Telecom client / process.

He should have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Should have handled a FTE count of 150+ with at least 6 Team Leaders and 2 Assistant Managers reporting to him / her.

Responsibilities
• Client handling (Telecom client)
• He should have experience of working on MBRs
• Extensive domain knowledge
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications
• 8-10 years of experience in a Domestic BPO
• Handled Telecom Outbound Sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
