Job Description for BPO Operations Representative I (Healthcare), DSTWS, India
1. Designation: BPO Operations Representative I– Healthcare domain
2. Role: Team Member - DSTWS
3. Location: Pune
4. Reporting: Manager Operations
5. Experience: 0 – 2 Years experienced professional in ITES industry with US Healthcare experience.
6. Compensation:
7. Job Description: Overall responsible and accountable for the allocated tasks in the project. This includes following activities
• Accomplish the task with required quality in the given timelines;
• Adhere to the team norms for making the overall team a cohesive one.
• Work with Team lead / supervisor on tasks, in gathering pertinent information from subject matter experts
• Understand the project objectives and contribute towards the achievement.
• Completing tasks with high quality of deliverables;
8. Profile: The candidate should have following
8a. Essential
• Graduate from a reputed institute with good command in English language.
• Good Typing and Analytical skills
• International Exposure would be an added benefit though the candidate must have worked with International clients during the course of his / her experience.
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, great attitude and team player
8b. Desired
• Knowledge of US Healthcare or Long term care insurance
