Role Description
The BPO Process Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions to BPO employees to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, Education or other relevant field
• Experience in BPO process training, with proven success in designing, developing, and facilitating training sessions
• Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and business needs
• Experience with managing and leading team members is a plus
