Profile - Trainer (Sales / Collection / Customer service )
Location - Noida sec 62
Salary - 30k - 55k inhand
Experience - 1 year of experience in training department.
Qualification - Graduate
Shift and Timing - Day Shift rotational off
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Design effective training programs.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Prepare training Modules.
• Support and mentor new employees
• Conduct monthly management training programs.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
• Should be well versed in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word and Ms-PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Quality tools and industry standards.
